If you’re ready for real strategy and straight answers, not pressure—let’s talk.
Hi, I’m Erin
I help people buy, sell, and invest in San Diego real estate with strategy—not pressure.
I’m a San Diego–based real estate advisor with degrees in Finance and Economics and a background spanning the music industry, brand partnerships, and talent representation. My work is grounded in long-term thinking, clear analysis, and helping clients make decisions that still make sense years after the transaction closes.
After relocating from Sonoma County in 2014, I immersed myself in how San Diego neighborhoods actually function—zoning, development patterns, renovation potential, insurance considerations, and risk. Today, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors who want more than surface-level advice. Renovation planning, ADU strategy, and long-term positioning are built into my process from day one.
I’m a member of Kappel Realty Group at Compass, the #1 brokerage in San Diego. Kappel Realty Group is the #1 team at Compass in the City of San Diego based on number of sales, ranks in the top 1% of large teams nationwide, and closed over $143M in sales volume last year. That platform gives my clients real leverage—deep market data, proven negotiation power, and an experienced operational team—while my role remains highly personal, hands-on, and strategy-driven.
Before real estate, I built and monetized a successful digital brand during the early days of content monetization and brand partnerships—well before it became a crowded industry. I worked directly with national brands, hospitality groups, travel boards, and lifestyle companies on campaigns designed to drive real engagement and measurable results. Those collaborations included Toyota, Southwest Airlines, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont Hotels, and Petco Park, along with hosting large-scale campaigns throughout California and throwing out the first pitch at a San Diego Padres game. That experience shaped how I think about positioning, visibility, negotiation, and audience psychology—skills I now apply directly to marketing properties and advising sellers.
Before and alongside that work, I spent over a decade in the music industry as an artist representative for Mesa Boogie, working with professional musicians and touring artists around the world. My role focused on relationship-driven sales, high-end product placement, and strategic partnerships—connecting artists with premium guitar and bass amplifiers, coordinating promotions, and building long-term relationships in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where reputation matters.
After managing myself as a content creator, I went on to build and run a PR and talent representation agency, where I managed collaborations for creatives, professional athletes, and musicians. I negotiated brand deals on their behalf, structured partnerships, and balanced creative goals with financial outcomes and contractual realities. That work is the foundation of my global network and my advocacy-first approach to real estate today.
Because of Compass’ national platform, I’m also closely connected with top-performing Compass agents across the country. For clients relocating, investing out of state, or coordinating multi-market moves, I act as a strategic hub—connecting them with trusted agents elsewhere while staying involved to ensure continuity, communication, and results.
Many of my clients come from creative industries, entrepreneurship, and self-employment. I understand variable income, layered financing, and unconventional timelines, and I regularly collaborate with lenders, CPAs, and attorneys to structure transactions that actually hold up. My job isn’t to sell you a house—it’s to help you make a decision you won’t regret later.
Beyond transactions, I’m deeply involved in my community. My work includes homeowner education, neighborhood preparedness, and fire-safety initiatives, and I regularly host workshops designed to give people real, usable information—without a sales pitch attached. In 2026, my focus is on expanding these efforts and serving as a long-term resource for homeowners and investors in San Diego’s most character-rich neighborhoods.
When I’m not working, I’m traveling with my husband Tony, a touring musician, managing renovation projects, or at home with our dogs Doug and Hank—often all at once.
If you found me online, chances are you’re looking for clarity, honesty, and someone who treats real estate like it actually matters. I do.
